Certified Management of Austin (CMA) is a locally owned family, Management Company that specializes in Community Association Management. Our client base consists of single family homes, condominiums, townhomes and commercial associations. Our staff of professionals takes a personal interest in each association we manage and our clients become part of our management family.


· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Association Portfolio Management.

· Customer service oriented, self-motivated multi-tasker

· Excellent ability to educate, problem solve and assist clients

· Communication skills, both verbal and written a must

· Organized self-starter, fast learner, and professional

· Knowledge of Corporate Documents and State requirements


· Manage and assist in the daily operations for community association clients

· Professional liaison between board members, owners and vendors

· Financial management, budget preparations, and account receivable processing

· Monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting attendance required which may result in evening meetings

· Site inspections to comply with client’s enforcement processes and procedures



· Range $45K - $60K



· Medical (CMA pays 50%), dental, vision

· Simple Retirement Plan (CMA pays up to 3%)

· Vacation, Sick leave and paid Holidays
